Student Code of Conduct

Welcome to Asksur Academy. To ensure a professional and effective learning environment for everyone, all students must adhere to the following Code of Conduct as a condition of enrollment.

1. Community & Professionalism

We expect all members of our community, students, instructors, and staff to interact with professionalism and respect.

Respectful Communication:

All communication should be courteous. Constructive feedback and critical questions are encouraged, but personal attacks, demeaning language, or insults are prohibited.

Professionalism:

Abusive, obscene, or threatening language is strictly forbidden in all academy channels (live classes, chats, forums, and support tickets).

Zero Tolerance for Harassment:

Harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other personal attribute will not be tolerated.

2. Course Materials & Access

Official App Only:

Class links, recordings, and all course materials will only be shared through the official Asksur Academy mobile app.

Strictly Confidential:

Sharing your account login, class links, or any course materials with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited. Your access is for your personal use only.

3. Support & Student Responsibility

Use Official Channels:

For academic or technical help, you must request assistance through the official support channels provided in the app.

Be Proactive:

It is your responsibility to seek help when you need it. A lack of progress without seeking support is not acceptable.

4. Violations & Appeals Process

We take violations of this code seriously but believe in a fair and transparent process. Actions taken will be proportional to the offense.

5. Violation Levels:

Level 1 (Official Warning)

For most first-time, minor infractions, such as unprofessional language in a chat or unintentional misuse of a resource. This will result in a formal written warning.

Level 2 (Temporary Suspension)

For repeated minor violations after a warning has been issued, or for more serious initial offenses like a clear instance of cheating on an assignment. This will result in a temporary suspension of access to the program for a defined period.

Level 3 (Program Termination)

For severe violations, including harassment, significant plagiarism, or the systematic distribution/piracy of course materials. A Level 3 violation will result in immediate and permanent termination from the program.

Right to Appeal:

Students have the right to formally appeal any Level 2 or Level 3 action. An appeal must be submitted in writing to the designated support channel within five (5) business days of the action being taken. The appeal will be reviewed by an academic committee, and a final decision will be communicated within ten (10) business days.

By completing your enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Student Code of Conduct. We look forward to partnering with you on your learning journey.
