At Asksur Academy, your success is our primary goal. We are confident that our programs, when followed diligently, provide the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to achieve tangible results in your business journey. Our refund policy is designed to reflect this confidence and is built on a principle of mutual commitment. We call this our "Action-Based Guarantee."

This guarantee is for students who wholeheartedly commit to the process, engage in every step of the program, and complete all the required work. If you put in the effort and still don't achieve results, we stand by our promise and will happily refund your investment.

Our Action-Based Guarantee

We guarantee that if you complete our 60-Day Challenge, meet all the criteria listed below, and can demonstrate that you have not achieved any tangible results (as defined by the course objectives), you are eligible for a 100% refund of your course fee.

Eligibility Criteria for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof that you have met all of the following requirements during the 60-day program period:

1. Course Completion (100%): You must complete the entire 60-day course, including all modules, lessons, and final assessments, within the designated timeframe.

2. Live Class Attendance (90%): You must attend a minimum of 90% of all scheduled live online classes. Attendance is tracked automatically by our system upon joining a session.

3. Task & Homework Submission (100%): You must complete and submit 100% of all assigned homework, tasks, and projects by their respective deadlines. Submissions must be genuine efforts and meet the satisfactory standards outlined in the course.

4. Active Online Participation: To foster an engaged and accountable learning environment, you must have your video camera turned **ON** and be visibly present during all live online classes. We understand rare technical issues can occur, which must be communicated to the instructor *before* the class begins.

5. Mandatory Offline Meetup Attendance: Attendance at every scheduled offline meetup in Imphal is compulsory. These events are a critical component of our program for networking, collaboration, and direct mentorship. The only exception is a documented medical or family emergency, which requires prior notification.

6. Progress Tracking (90%): You must have completed and marked at least 90% of the lessons and modules on our learning platform as "complete." This demonstrates consistent progress through the course materials.

What We Define as "Results"

For the purpose of this policy, "achieving results" refers to accomplishing key milestones that are the direct focus of the course. This includes, but is not limited to:

* Successfully learn how to market and sell your first product.

* Building and launching a sales funnel/landing page/website.

* Generating your first lead or sale through the methods taught.

* Creating and running your first social media ad campaign.

Failure to achieve *any* of these core milestones after fulfilling all eligibility criteria may qualify you for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

If you have met all the criteria above and wish to request a refund, you must follow this process:

1. Submit a refund request via email to **support@asksur.com** within **7 days** of completing the 60-day course.

2. The subject line of the email must be: "Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - [Course Name]".

3. In the body of the email, please provide:

* A detailed explanation of why you believe the course did not deliver results for you.

* Links and screenshots proving your completion of all tasks, projects, and websites as required by the course.

* Confirmation that you have met all 6 eligibility criteria.

Our team will review your request, account history, submissions, and attendance records within 10-15 business days. If all criteria are verified, we will process your full refund.

**Please Note:**

* This policy only applies to the 60-Day Challenge program. Other courses or products may have different policies.

* Refunds are not granted for changes in personal circumstances, lack of time, or failure to engage with the course material as required.

* Asksur Academy reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
